head of broccoli, cut into florets

tablespoon olive oil
1/2
teaspoon garlic powder
1/2
teaspoon paprika

Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast

Instructions
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 2-3 minutes.
In a bowl, toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, and salt until evenly coated.
Place broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd.
Air fry for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until crispy and lightly browned.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese or nutritional yeast before serving if desired.
Serve immediately as a healthy side dish or snack!
Notes
For extra crunch, don’t overcrowd the basket. You can also add lemon juice or hot sauce for more flavor.
